Shipping Rates
- Perth Metro: $9.95 (Free on orders over $199)
- Australia-wide: $19.95 (Free on orders over $299)
Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 4-10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, there may be slight delays. If there’s a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Velvet Desires is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this happens, we recommend contacting your local authorities for assistance.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened and unused.
Out of Stock Items
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will wait for all items to be available before dispatching.
